The Captain’s Ball in honor of Pete Frates

Dear Friends, Family, and Supporters,

Throughout my charitable efforts, I have been fortunate enough to be involved with Pete Frates and his family. Pete’s fight has not only been an inspiration to the ALS community but to the nonprofit world as a whole. He has proved to us that with passion and dedication, you can make an impact. Because of Pete’s fight, I am humbled to share that, through The Bourque Family Foundation’s inaugural Captain’s Ball, we were able to donate $182,000 towards the fight against ALS. With this event, we will continue to build on Pete’s legacy and fight for the cause he gave his life to. Proceeds of the Captain’s Ball will benefit The Peter Frates Family Foundation and the Sean M. Healey & AMG Center for ALS, and we look forward to increasing this donation year after year to two worthy causes.

The Bourque Family Foundation Captain’s Ball in honor of Pete Frates will be an evening of elegance and celebration. We will have an open bar, delicious food, and amazing music from Beach Nights Band. We look forward to having a room full of donors, celebrity guests, aspiring philanthropists, and our closest friends and family to make this evening a success and have a great time. I hope you will join me in our effort to continue Pete’s legacy.
